Well I tried making this review last week but it seems to be taken down. Anyways, Very impressive store. Especially compared to other napa I been to. Massive inventory. Very friendly and knowledgeable counter staff. Matt helped check me out and answered questions I had. However… was assisted by an older gentlemen by oil wall who introduced himself to me as the owner. He was friendly to me, but he was extremely condescending to two of his employees who I can only assume are stockers or delivery assistants. Didn’t sit right wi... read more
Everybody said we cannot install new battery on a 19 jeep renegade. Auto zone, oreillys, and napa bandera. GARRETT said "i can do it". TURN OUT ...NO BRAINER. Just did the job....that's missing in the world.
This is a great auto parts store.
While I can’t speak for all NAPA stores this way, this store in Boerne is always a pleasure to shop at. Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hands down the best auto parts store in Boerne and I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else unless absolutely necessary.
