Tried to get windshield wipers installed at AutoZone, but they wouldn't do the rear one. Mark at NAPA not only answered my phone call and all questions with helpful suggestions, but when the rear wiper didn't fit, he ordered me one from Amazon since the store didn't have the one I needed. He also kept me updated on the arrival and went above and beyond with his helpfulness. Really appreciate how I was treated
Customer service is A1 fast and helpful people and they are knowledgeable.
Stopped by over a year ago, place was closed during normal operational hours. Wasn’t a great first impression, would not come back due to this…. Fast forward to today, 4/6/2025, I attempt NAPA again because NAPA online shows this location having a part I need. They have a white paper sign tapped to the doors stating their hours. They are open from 9a-3pm on Sundays. It’s 2p and the place is completely CLOSED!!
