It’s true, you can ALWAYS tell an employee, from a manager, from an owner. The employee will close someone else’s business early that he/she does not own, every day by just a few minutes causing that business money and potentially customers too. Today I pulled into the NAPA Auto Parts in Clinton, MD at 5:54pm. As I was exiting my vehicle, a tall, older, black male was coming from the outside left of the store walking toward the entrance and yelled out to me - we are closed, we close at 6pm. They sold me a gas pump that was in bad condition and didn't work and when I went to get a refund they refused to give me one even though they sold me the bad gas pump.
