Dropped my pickup off 2 weeks ago for ONE SPARK PLUG to be replaced. BART tells me when I drop it off that it needs to sit overnight so it can cool and they would install it. 2 weeks later, I call them and they still haven't even pulled it in the shop. Poor business practices. Bart, you're an absolute joke and a tool in the worst sense of the word.
My only complaint is that the help don't listen to me, but it wasn't important anyway
Best hardware and NAPA store I have ever been in. Bart is the most knowledgeable and helpful merchant I have ever seen.
