Very disappointed in the communication and service. The quality and communication of the staffing seems to have gone downhill in the last couple of years. Had a really bad experience today. I hope some other auto parts store options come to the area in the near future. I know it’s really hard to find good people in the attitudes and work ethic of the younger people today.
