I had car trouble and coasted my way into this Napa store on a Saturday. Dave came out and looked under the hood with me and was fantastic in helping to get the issue identified. Also want to give 5 stars to a guy named Aaron who happened to overhear my trouble and offered to replace the alternator for me in his home garage. Which he did. Yes, that actually happened. Shoutout to the good people of Fillmore.
I cant honestly say, how amazing this napa location is! Ive had thing's go wrong with my vehicle so many times, and I always go to napa for parts. Brandon is always happy to help me and is always willing to go out of his way to help. His team is great and also is willing to help. I will always continue to go back for parts for my vehicle. They always have great sales and are always willing to help when needed!
