Wonderful staff. The place usually has what I need, and if not, the staff has the knowledge to get me there.
I have been in many Napa stores, this one has the nicest people working at it and also well stocked.
Our tail pipe had rotted off our exhaust system while on our travels from Canada to California. These guys were great and got us back on the road in no time. Excellent customer service. My husband is super independent and mega macho and for him to ask me to write a review they must have been outstanding
My car battery died while on a vacation to Gold Beach. After getting AAA to start my car I drove to NAPA and received excellent service. They gave me a 15% AAA discount on a new battery and promptly installed it for free. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Saved me a lot of worry and hassle. Thank you!
