Awesome place. I will not be going to Autozone for much of anything anymore. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They can save you a trip to Amite for all your hardware supplies too. All the staff are great and easy to deal with (very great people).
Napa employees went to the extreme to help us.. our vehicle had issues and we was able to make it to this Napa location which the part we needed was at another Napa location they took it upon themselves to get in their vehicle and meet one of the Nampa employees at a closed area to get the part that we needed and they was able to bring the car part back to us so we can install it and get back on our 10-hour travel Journey... and we was no longer stranded
Walked up to the desk and the older woman just stared at me like I was ignorant as I asked a question. As I waited still no response another member had to help me. Terrible customer service. Seemed like I was interrupting her day being there.
