It’s not often now days that you find an employee at a store that is willing to help and competent. Jari not only did his job he went above and beyond. He took the time to and was very knowledgeable. From now on I will only go to him when I have vehicle issues and questions.
Ordered new break pads & informed they would be available next morning. Next morning did not show so called. Told they would be in after 1:30. Called again 2:45 finally informed they would not be available today. Never called to inform us of that. As a business that is their responsibility to inform the customer of an issue. Never will deal with them again
HORRIBLE customer service. Won't ever purchase again. I was called "stupid " and my husband was yelled at in his face. Extremely unacceptable
Helped get odd ball bolt that was seemingly impossible to get elsewhere
