Maybe it was just the day I was there but service was extremely slow and when I got to the counter they told me they don't color match paint codes with paint samples.
If you’re a woman who doesn’t know anything about cars and you need something as basic as replacing one of your car’s lights, I recommend going anywhere except NAPA Auto Parts. Sometimes the small details matter. I was helped by an employee there and I politely asked if he could assist me with installing the light, and he said no, that I should go to Jiffy Lube instead. Friendly staff answered my call and responded to my questions before I made the decent drive there, had touch up paint mixed for my newer vehicle with rock chips on my hood/bumper price was reasonable compared to online or other stores for my color, paint matches exactly I was shocked as I've had issues with paint not matching when ordered online, thanks guys.
