They only hire incompetent idiots. At least thats my assumption based on the complete lack of accountability and customer service. When quoted a price for a part I tend to expect it to remain that price and not get raised by $80 once I show up in store. And to top it all off they refused to honor the original quoted price. It’s easier and cheaper to go to Oreillys right next door. At least at Oreillys you get some basic customer service unlike from this terrible retailer.
I purchased 4 Bosch tpms sensors from napa that could not be programmed. I spent $130 on the sensors and another $100 to get them installed. Apparently you must have the special Bosch tool. WHICH NO ONE HAS AND NAPA DOES NOT EVEN STOCK. I went to at lease 15 tire shops and dealers. I called even more than that. I called napa tech support and went to the store on Lindbergh.
