No return without a receipt on a part I bought yesterday? Still in the NAPA box, still in the NAPA bag. I spend hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars there. I shop there regularly. I have for years. I lost a receipt from 1 day previous. The grey haired guy who always looks pissed off. He always acted like he didnt like me. They would not return a $50 part. I will not ever shop at this particular NAPA again. I may not ever shop NAPA again. I hear RockAuto has an excellent return policy
Napa always has a parts I need they're very Timely with good service
