I went to Naoth automotive today to get a suspension issue on my Chevrolet express 2500 looked at. The diagnostic fee was reasonable and I was scheduled for two days out. After a short trip around the block the owner Jun diagnosed that the bushing on the sway bar had come out of one side and was going bad on the other side. Every time I went over a bump the sway arm would hit against the metal bracket holding it into place. They gave me a really fair price for repair and got it done on the spot. I had requested a quote from the website, then later called and he inform me that the things dealer told me i had to do, weren’t even necessary at the milage my car is currently at, im just glad this company is honest and im sure they’re great at what they do, as a girl that knows nothing about cars they deff could’ve charged me whatever, but i am very happy with the outcome and i will deff come back with whatever concern i have, and recommend!!
This was the BEST experience I have ever had at an automotive shop. I’m sad that I do not live in the area because I would make this my permanent place to bring any and all vehicles to for a lifetime. Naoth Automotive saved me in a stressful repair situation. Our car was broke down 100 miles from home and another mechanic nearby quoted us an unreasonably high price for a new alternator. I called Naoth and they quoted us $500 less. We had the car moved to Naoth and they had it repaired the next day. You can use this shop with confidence. They are very professional and efficient.
