Elham is likely the best RMT I've ever had, she took great care of me head to toe. With a great intuitive sense of much pressure was needed, I could just focus on relaxing. She is a student for now but i have no doubt she will pass her coming exam with flying colors.
Elijah is EXCEPTIONAL. He helped me heal a very old and painful knot in my shoulders and is the best RMT I have ever worked with. Every time I feel so much better like life has come back to me. Thank you Elijah! All staff are always very friendly and I have had a great experience overall.
I have been coming here since April 2025. I was quite hesitant at first as I am very picky about RMTs who can't apply pressure. My go-to are Elijah and Mansour. But all have been superb. I recently got treatment from Dr Glen Thomson. I had been suffering from turf toe for 2 months. 3 sessions of laser therapy and my stubborn pains and discomfort went from a 9 to a 2. You've cured me! I’ve had four sessions mainly for general relaxation. Two of them were very good, while the other two did not quite meet my expectations.
This place is a gem! I just had the best massage therapy ever with RMT Jin Mo Ku today. He listened to me carefully and delivered the exact therapy I needed. Nothing more, nothing less. I will be booking again for myself and my family. Highly recommended. I am also a regular of pilates at Naosu, and my instructor Christie is exceptional! She is very knowledgeable and I am extremely happy with our 1:1 sessions. Thank you!
