Just had my first appointment with Shigemi Nakamura. Honestly amazing. Such a lovely person and walked out feeling a huge benefit. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. So happy. I'll be back!
Went in 5 minutes late. Finished 2 minutes early. And had an "assessment" for 10 minutes. And the whole time i was being told I have this wrong and that wrong. Did the massage help? Hard to tell cos you're trying to relieve the knots built up from stress etc all the while being told about a myriad of issues you have from someone who has qualifications in massage which counteracts the massage.
