I saw Sara , she is a physio from Japan, with a high attention to care and detail. Very gentle but when I needed it, she could be firm and also taught me the better stretches for my lower back. Sara has more than 3 year experience in hospitals doing physio so she knows the body well. It’s a quiet little private shop, chill out music and easy to fall asleep ! Paradise and very much about the stretch experience and body pan reduction.

I had an incredible remedial massage with Shigemi today to address left shoulder stiffness. Very professional and I left feeling relaxed and with significantly improved left shoulder. I will definitely be back.
Shigemi was my therapist today and he worked magic. He definitely knows how and wear to treat your ailments. After initially being in la la land, I was so relaxed but energetic. My shoulder pain was gone. I can’t wait to book in again!
