I got a MyoFacial release massage and it was amazing. I liked how Naomi walked me through everything and was very informative. Will definitely recommend and come back!!
Over the last 12 months I’ve become a regular here. It used to be to treat myself every couple of months and now it’s become a regular part of my self care routine every couple of weeks. Naomi has healed everything from stress, to tension, to an old rotator cuff injury, pain from sitting all day and even what I believe was carpal tunnel. She is constantly learning and applying new techniques to help relieve the pain in my body. I highly recommend her and suggest you make room in your budget to become a regular too!

She always takes the time to ask how I’m feeling before and after each session, ensuring that I'm satisfied with the treatment along with providing additional stretching to help relieve muscle tightness.
