I walked in yesterday (Tuesday) at 4PM wanting medium box braids. I recently did a big chop so my hair is super short. Not only did they blow dry me for free, they finished my hair in about 4 1/2 hours. I was even asked if I’d like my edges left out, never been asked that by a braider. I am highly satisfied and recommend everyone to try them out!

The picture on the left is what I wanted .. They claimed they knew how to do the style and I come out with the original two braids I been rocking highly disappointed. I will never go back to them
I showed them the braids that i wanted and got quoted for 250 (which made sense). They did the first braid and showed me, and I mentioned that it may be too big (not the size I was looking for), but they said that it would be fine. I trusted them, as I am not a braider, and they most likely have my best interests in mind. When the braids were finished, I realised that the braids were far too large for our agreed upon price and asked politely to renegotiate.
