Horrible misdiagnosis of my dad! She reported to the DMV that my dad had mild dementia/Alzheimers with only a verbal cognitive exam, that my father had no idea he was taking. She never offered a translator and didn't tell him what was going on. He went in for his hand shaking and her answer to this was to put him on a dose of Parkinson's medication. Patient, attentive , observant . Took great care and has a great bedside manner. She made my mom feel comfortable and gave us easy to understand language when explaining moms condition.
