Very great service, nice lady. Didn’t give me the style I wanted despite showing them pictures and giving them instructions.
First time there, and had a great experience. The first time, I went to a shop and did not come home with a headache.
I called and they told me 4pm was good. I go at 4 to be told hey we full I can’t braid your hair. I called you in the morning and asked you if you was free. I wasn’t even getting anything complicated. Idk they just lost me with that one
I tried to give this location a second chance out of human error. Only to be stood up. Waited 40 minutes and than decided to call another salon. But the 1st go around; they were cutting my real hair in the braids without telling me...so my hair is chopped in so many layers right now! I have a bald spot in the front of my hair from where the braid was so heavy it ripped my hair out not even 1 day in. Crazy!!! And these were micro braids I paid for!!! Worst place ever
