I went to Nao this morning, I got there around 9::07am. Not feeling well at all.Corey Peterson, the receptionist told me a cannot be seen due to me having to pay $40 Co-Pay. I asked to speak with a physician so I can explain I don’t have any money for the Co Payment , I have insurance, can I be billed, and can I please be seen. Corey proceeded to get on the phone, call some and stated “a patient “ wants to be seen, but she doesn’t want to pay”. They won’t book your appointment with out a credit card on file even if u have Medicaid or any insurance. I asked why and all the receptionist said is that it’s their policy with no explanation. Won’t be going back again.
Nnamdi C. Uwakwe, one of the staff members, flirted with me during my appointment, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The environment is filthy, the staff is unprofessional and communicates loudly, allowing you to hear other patients' diagnoses with no regard for patient privacy. I wouldn’t suggest going here .
I had scheduled an 8am appointment for Wednesday 9/13 to do lab work.i received a confirmation email and received a call from an admin confirming my appointment. However the person who had called me must have been working from home because when I arrived to my 8 AM appointment, the gate was down indicating that the establishment was still closed.
