Students from The Culinary Institute of America staff Nao, a fine dining restaurant with Peruvian influences; that means you can expect the seasonal dishes you taste here to be prepared and presented in an innovative way. The chicken in mole sauce is a popular dish here, and the beautiful desserts will take your breath away before you even take a bite. The trendy, lively atmosphere is a great place to enjoy a meal and a custom cocktail.

So fancy but also worth it. Staffed by the out-going class of San Antonio’s Culinary Institute, the menu rotates often as do the faces. I was on a food tour so I only got desert but it was good desert. Arroz con Leche brûlée was hot on top and cool/creamy inside. The churros come with a cute little shot of Mexican Hot Chocolate and a toasted marshmallow. I marked it down because it’s so expensive, it’s exclusive to people like me except when through a separate program.
First visit, and we were impressed! Great staff! Wonderful food. Scott rocked!! We definitely recommend!!
