Was slightly concerned by the photos uploaded of this clinic as it looked like it’s at someone’s house but rest assured it is a proper clinic and very professional, the nurse held my hand because I was afraid of needles and the whole process couldn’t of been any easier or stress free. I was also concerned they only take cash but it is for your own privacy so no one can see a bank statement if you didn’t want anyone to know you were there. Overall couldn’t recommend them enough such kind people.
What great staff couldn't fault them at all professional an welcoming. Is a daunting experience to go through an they really make you feel at ease! Highly recommend
Very lovely clinic with the most compassionate and nice staff. Everyone from reception, the nurses, the doctors and the anaesthetist went above and beyond to answer my questions and to set my nerves at ease. Highly recommend their clinic!
I was very well looked after by their amazing staff. Everyone was filled with so much compassion and I could genuinely tell that they cared for their patients. They even served me tea and biscuits after the procedure was done. Would highly recommend their services!
Whilst the doctor, reception and nurses are friendly and accomodating, the anaesthetist who gave a good first impression had made an already traumatic experience end in absolute disrespect. I suffer from BPPV, a specific type of vertigo which requires slow movement and timing when getting up from a laying position. I requested we move very slowly and please don’t shove me up or over into the wheelchair fast. I needed a good 30 seconds.
