The doctors, reception staff, and anaesthetist were absolutely lovely. They made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions, and chatted with me throughout which really helped ease my nerves. The doctor was very kind and empathetic, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, my recovery experience was very negative. The nurse looking after me, Brenda, was incredibly impatient and kept rushing me to leave even though I was in pain and feeling nauseous. my experience in this clinic was really good. I was feeling sad and stressed but all the nurses and doctors who took care of me had such good and wise words, they are as professional as kind. They showed me a lot of compassion and understandings so I felt safe during all the process. Thanks so much to Dr. Alicia Lancee for what your doing and the way you took care of me, it means a lot in thoses situations. I reccomand this place for every woman who needs it.
i cannot be any happier with my experience at nanyara. from the moment we called up and booked in an urgent appointment, check-in and the procedure, everyone was so lovely every step of the way. we also were able to get a next day appointment for a procedure requiring sedation. every single staff member was so kind and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. it’s refreshing to visit a clinic where the practitioners are passionate about what they do and take the extra steps to leave their patients worry-free. needless to ... read more
The receptionist is rude, the nurse was rude, the text message reminder was rude. This place charges the maximum but the vibe is simply rude. No efforts are made to make patients comfortable and welcome. For unknown reasons they only accept cash (they. charged $500) + they bulk billed item 36 and I was with the doctor for less than 5 minutes (consultation should be at least 20 min)
