I could not fault this place, I have been to two separate clinics for the same procedure and this one is by far the best. The nurses and doctors are all wonderful, they are so caring, compassionate, honest and friendly. If I could describe the care I received, I would honestly say it felt exactly how my mum would take care of me. I felt so safe and comfortable through-out my entire procedure. Absolutely lovley clinic. To the time that I arrived to the to the time when I left they treated me with such respect and kindness. I was overall there for about 3hrs with no complications after the procedure was done. Everyone who works there was such a gem to talk to and they were open to answer any of my anxeitys or questions that I had before the procedure happened. The receptionist is rude, the nurse was rude, the text message reminder was rude. This place charges the maximum but the vibe is simply rude. No efforts are made to make patients comfortable and welcome. For unknown reasons they only accept cash + they bulk billed item 36 and I was with the doctor for less than 5 minutes (consultation should be at least 20 min)
