Update. I did call you directly and left you a voicemail yesterday morning requesting you to please call me back to discuss and you chose not to. You were the only establishment that did not refund us and all were nonrefundable but agreed as Priceline agreed. I cannot accept a voucher as you know full well we live in Pennsylvania. Great property! The wine bar in evening and breakfast in the morning are both great! Fantastic service. Room was nice and the bed was super comfy!
