Our stay at the Chapman house at the Nantucket Resort Collection was perfect for our first stay on Nantucket. So close to everything in the Downtown area, so most of what we wanted to see, is walkable. The customer service of the workers was exceptional- a front desk worker even offered to drive us with our heavy luggage to the ferry drop off point. The lounge chairs for the beach, beach towels, and bikes were perfect for our time outside of downtown Nantucket. We would recommend this day to anyone!
We planned a last minute girl’s trip for my friend’s birthday. They made us feel so welcome and made my friend’s birthday special. We loved the linens and room amenities. Highly recommend getting a room with a porch because the views are great. Also enjoyed the lawn and fire pit seating. So glad we stayed here!
Great room. Appreciated the upgrade. Were very easy to deal with when we had trouble with a third party booking service. John is a kind guy and attentive at the front desk. Definitely made the stay!
