I don't enjoy writing this. Was on vacation went in emergency with urine retention problem needed to be catheterized. After FOUR failed attempts and in excruciating pain they were going to fly me to Boston, when a Urologist told them they were using the wrong catheter. The FIFTH time finally worked. After a week had the catheter removed to find out I still couldn't go. Had to have a new one put in ,in PA first try much less pain. Now have to wear for 2 more weeks. Ridiculous system. Needed to go to the urgent care because I had obviously an urgent problem. And they are telling me that they take only same day appointments. Ridiculous, if you are named urgent care means you will be able to take patients on the spot with minor problems. Ridiculous
