A simple blood test is what I needed and after I told them what my symptoms were they told me to go over to the hospital the ER I told him I didn’t have insurance for the ER. Meanwhile I pay so much money and health insurance. The blood test ended up costing me $1600. It was a basic blood test in urgent care could’ve done it. I don't enjoy writing this. Was on vacation went in emergency with urine retention problem needed to be catheterized. After FOUR failed attempts and in excruciating pain they were going to fly me to Boston, when a Urologist told them they were using the wrong catheter. The FIFTH time finally worked. After a week had the catheter removed to find out I still couldn't go. Had to have a new one put in ,in PA first try much less pain. Now have to wear for 2 more weeks.
