This place customer service sucks it’s non existent. I placed an order when they finally shipped it. I received a email stating it shipped telling me to register with their company to get info. I replied asking for tracking number that I shouldn’t have to register just to get a tracking number. Any other company sends it with shipping confirmation. Well I still haven’t got it. I can not recommend Nantucket Bound enough to anyone looking for quality workmanship and custom home décor or custom boating décor. I am a commercial Charter boat and Commercial Tuna Fisherman. I found your store only by accident. My purchase was for a friend and I wanted the BEST. You delivered! I can't rave more ! I wanted a zip code pillow and it is stunning! Thank you for producing a product that is nothing more than perfection! I will order again!
Their products are just as advertised, I was so happy to support a more local business, and the draft stopper is sleek, solid (not floppy). I definitely chose the right color for my space, but I do wish that the larger size had just one more sailboat. I will absolutely order from them again.
