AVOID AT ALL COSTS Nantucket “Auto Body” is a genuinely embarrassing establishment. I am not only talking about the complete lack of communication on their part, or the incompetent and rude employees, but also the absolutely horrific quality of work and the seemingly never ending wait times for them to do any sort of work at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I got a flat tire on my SUV. Ordered a new tire through Nantucket Auto Body in person. Called 2 weeks later to check the status of the delivery - they said it is still in transit. Called a month later and THEY SAID THEY NEVER ORDERED THE TIRE. Finally, they ordered the tire! Just had an oil change at a different shop and had them look at my tires. The tire that Nantucket Auto Body put on does not match any of the other 3 tires on the car, leading to alignment issues and damage to all other tires. Such a ca... read more
Kevin Moore is a great guy. Towed us out of deep sand on a Sunday, charged a very fair price, less than half of what others were quoting. He arrived in 10 minutes. He was funny, sympathetic, and the first thing he said was, don’t feel bad. This happens all the time. Can’t say enough about the guy and not clear there aren’t more five star reviews because he has a five Star guy.
I never write bad reviews but I am compelled to write this one. Extremely poor service. DONOT GO HERE. After month and half of me following up , they backed out saying they can’t provide estimate when initially they said get a quote first from the rental insurance and reach out to them. They wasted my month and a half giving me false information. The customer service is horrible both in person and on the phone.
