I have always had a good experience here.
If I could give zero stars, I would there is a lady that works in the emergency department named Dawn. She is very unprofessional, and she treated me as if I was not a human being.. I could only imagine how she treats patients that aren’t able to fend for themselves. I am looking into someone in a higher position because the way that I was treated was unacceptable. She even chased me out the door to ask me what I said, as if I was her child.. very nasty and rude from the time I walked in from the time I left
All the good doctors have left. Waiting 6 months for a colonoscopy, and it is just the meet & greet...then they will schedule the procedure. Hoping to get it before this year runs out.
This place needs an overhaul of staff, policies and an adequate number of licensed practitioners to be able to accommodate pre existing sick or follow up appointments. TWO months is ABSURD to follow up! Shame on them! Trying to make an appointment for a parent who recently lost strength in her legs and can barely walk at 65 only to be pushed away 5 times!!!!!! She was forced to have to start all over with a new medical group bc her doctor refused to make her an appointment and stressed going to a specialist that has a months... read more
