We have been here for hours. The staff has been rude. It truly shows the lack of care and respect for human kind the American healthcare system has, if you have another option please take it. The people that work here have shown nothing but contempt for even having to work with people in general.
Came to visit a patient and had a question. I asked that I had a question and they told me the nurse in charge of the said patient would be with me shortly. I said okay and waited I had no problem because I know how busy nurses can be. She came and I asked a simple question, where is the patient being transported to. She yelled at me to google it and left. I was left in shock and then I hear her mocking me with coworkers. Came into ER at 650pm knowing my son is autistic as well as they know what's wrong with him have us sitting in lobby for over 3hours and counting.... Evening Desk Attendant no care to the guest was told it would be 20 to 30 mins after his X-ray that was 2hours ago my son has fallen asleep only way he can avoid the pain..... Terrible place to try and get help and they still gonna want to charge through the roof with most our time here being in a lobby with 10 other people....Do Better
