It’s so horrible trying to get in and schedule to the point where the front office staff will tell you to go to immediate care instead. I already went to immediate care, and my symptoms worsened, so I have been trying to get in to see my PCP for over two days now. I called and spoke to Ellie yesterday. Dr DeCastro was great very good. Explained everything very well.
I'm hopeful. They were polite and helpful. I have had them schedule 2 other appts. Though the other office I was referred to doesn't have my appt sadly, So right now hopeful but unsure
