Been with Dr Rupp for years friendly but when you call because something is going on with you and you need to talk to him he does not call back...I needed an ultrasound last year hospital tryed to get in touch with him several times but never could get a hold of him. So disappointed. !!!
Awful experience
I am very upset about Dr rupp staff dr gave me prescription that didn’t suit me at all ,I talked to Dr said don’t worry call me after 5 days I ll change the prescription ( I am in pain ) I was calling since last 8 days , left so many voicemails no one get back to me since, Dr receptionist is very rude I guess Dr never got my msg , poor Dr doesn’t know about his patients so that why I m giving 1 star don’t recommend this Dr because if they can’t follow up with patients what is the purpose specially in Gynee patients ,each hou... read more
