I spent a week one morning waiting to be seen. Appointment was for 9am folks. It is now 10am and I still haven’t been seen by the doctor. They got my billing info though. Great to see you have your priorities!!
Called to make an appointment today for stomach issues and the receptionist was very rude. I’m unable to get an appointment with the Doctor that did my colonoscopy in 2021, which I told her that, she rudely talked over me and told me because I had a colonoscopy by another doctor they could not see me either. I explained the Doctor I saw has no openings and she keeps saying the doctors policy is he can’t see you because you saw another doctor before. Disgraceful that I can’t get an appointment with a doctor!!!!
Dr. Mackler is a superb Gastroenterologist. The entire experience including the staff and nurses was great. The procedure performed by Dr. Mackler and anesthesiologist Dr. Relova was excellent and fully explained.
