This place is warm and welcoming. The staff were very nice. 😊. The doctor was very professional and thorough. The exam was really easy And my boyfriend Ed and I and my son John will always go there from now on.
Unfortunately I can only put 5 stars, but Dr. Wylam deserves all the stars in the sky. Never met the woman a day in my life until yesterday, when I did meet her the first words out of her mouth were ‘you’re going for an MRI TODAY.’ She was my advocate for getting the proper medical attention that I needed when no one else would listen or taking me seriously. My first time visiting this place and I had a great experience with the doctor. My only complaint is my appointment was at 4:20 and I didn’t get seen until almost 4:45. Hopefully it’s better on my next visit.
Only wants to bill medical insurance. Claiming it’s due to the type of exam. Had same exams done at lens crafters. And had no issues billing vision insurance. They lack clarification on how they do billing. Will not be returning ever again.
