I had a very disappointing experience with the service provided by Isan (Koththu Man) and waani (Receptionist). The service felt careless and unprofessional, and it seemed like they were not genuinely interested in helping customers. I expected much better customer service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the service.
If you don’t have the product, don’t put it on menu and at least be nice when you deny that you don’t have your product
Please respect your non sri lankan customers as you guys allow your sri lankan people to cut lines and others customer have to wait for longer period of time
