We made reservations for our family and two service dogs. We ensured they are pet friendly and informed them of our service dogs status. No issues until we check in when the management claimed we can have the service dogs during our stay, caged or with us at all times. We of course had no idea of this last minute demand and do not have a cage nor have we ever been told by any other establishment to have our set iced dogs in crates if left unattended.
