Yo y mi esposa tuvimos una pesima experiencia con la señora Nancy, se molesto cuando trate de negociar el precio de unas llantas con ella y nos corrio de su local...es una mujer muy grocera junto con la otra persona que trabaja para ella.
I came in to get tires about 3 weeks ago and let me tell you all about this shop. This was my first visit here and will be my last, for starters, the person working on my vehicle had an ankle monitor on. Second, the worker with the ankle monitor broke 2 of my wheel studs as I was watching the work being done and never mentioned it to me that they broke and also attempted to steal my chrome lug nuts right in front of me. I trusted Nancy to sell me a good set of tires for my family SUV, I drove to Rosarito that same day and got a flat, went to the tire shop and they proceeded to ask where I bought the tires,according to the gentleman I was sold tires with non repairable holes in the walls,this is a dangerous practice just to make a buck please don’t recommend this establishment to anyone it could cost them their lives,the worst thing is that my son took his Honda there same thing happened but they broke 2 studs and said it was already broken ... read more
