i thought this place had potential but it seems to be like every other small local tech store. came here to get my screen fixed on a macbook and they told me it would take a day, it took a week. when i went to pick up the labtop it was making a loud whining noise it wasn’t making before they said they’ll fix it they didn’t and it still makes the noise and half of my keys are sticking so they must’ve put the letters back incorrectly. terrible place terrible management would not recommend.
I was shocked that the person working was able to fix my iphone 16 plus's screen within an hour. At first, the phone screen looked brand new but after some time with my new phone screen, it might have been unevenly attached. When I put my phone case, my face ID doesn't work unless I angle my phone a certain way and when i use the selfie camera it shows part of the phone case. Wish I could leave a five star review but after paying for so much I'm dissappointed ;c
I came in with a very broken phone and we were greeted very friendly and my phone was looked at right away by the owner. After he took a look, he proceeded to fix my phone and for a very fair price. I would highly recommend coming here if you need your phone fixed, want excellent customer service, and a knowledgeable owner. I was very happy with my experience here.
The employee I guess he was very honest but the manager or owner are not honest about pricing they change my quote price when I went to pay for the service they did to a laptop I will only say not a honest place sorry
