They were quick to respond and set up an appointment and for a very reasonable fee allowed me the use of a lift and oil drain to do what I needed to do.

Very bad customer service. Owner only told us what time the car would be fixed, but did not specify the early shop closing time. When he called us about the car, he expected an immediate pick up even though we were not in town. Did not accept any pickup time negotiations. My family and I had to change our plans completely and return to pickup the car. Will never use this auto service again.
