I purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage from Nano's auto in Concord Mass. The price was extremely fair, and the owner, Narsis Jabnian even took a bit of money off. When I test drove the Mitsubishi that I would end up eventually purchasing from Nano's Auto, on the test drive I felt the brakes were a bit soft, something I mentioned. I had a very bad and stressful experience with Nanos Autos. I bought a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe from them on march 2026, but the car had many serious problems that were not disclosed when selling. I went there on Sunday to buy the car, and it took about three days before I received the title. Before buying, I was charged dealership fee and told that if the car did not pass state inspection, they would refund the dealership fee back. Bought a 2016 Fiat 500 POP from Nano's. The car had 74K miles on it. Nano gave me a great price for the car. Well below what these seem to be selling for. He also put a new set of rear tires on it for me at no charge. The car ran great on the way home. I stopped to put fuel in it. I was 5 minutes from my house. I was recently interested in purchasing a used car from Nano Car Sales. On my initial visit to test drive the vehicle, I noticed that the interior was quite dirty and that multiple warning lights were on the dashboard. Understanding that I was looking at a used car, I wasn’t overly concerned and simply pointed these issues out to Nano, who assured me they would be addressed before the sale. Called for more info on a car and the guy was a jerk. All he would say is these are used cars from auction and of course they are good clean cars. Sorry man, cars from auction/used cars are not always clean or good. He then hung up on me when I tried to ask more specific questions about the cars history to verify what the VIN report had in it. Don't buy from here, they are shady from the get go.
