I was so blessed today when I was granted an appointment on the same day to have my home inspected for mold. Craig Raboteau came in with his own special brand of caring. He was extremely professional with a deep fond of knowledge in the subject matter. He took his time to listen to my concerns. Max came to my home right away to check out the mold situation. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about mold treatment and gave me great advice on how to improve the air quality in the house, always keeping my family’s health as his top priority. On top of that, when I asked about cleaning the entire AC system (something outside his scope), he still went the extra mile and negotiated a better price with another company for me. You don’t find service like this often these days. I’d absolutely recommend NoanoGuard to anyone.
NanoGuard has done an outstanding job. From initial inspection and coordination to restoration. Kudos to Max, Chelsea and Craig aka "Scooby" for your attention to detail in explaining the process during each phase.
Chelsea, Craig and the whole crew were great, professional, and answered all our questions during a very high stress time. We used them for an emergency water remediation that our insurance company paid for.
