My mother was moved to nannies for grannies and it was the worst experience in our lives. This agency helped us find care for our father who suffered from Parkinson's. Beginning with our first phone conversation this agency was refreshingly different from other agencies we had spoken with. They made every effort to completely understand what we needed. Horrible. Pat pays many of her employees with Cashapp and they all complained how they have to pay 30$ fee. She also does not pay her employees on time. They will quit halfway through a shift. I tried several of the employees. They are not professional, always talk on the phone and move to different agencies due to her inability to pay them on time.
