A few weeks ago I called the office to make an appointment. The lady could not understand English nor could she write down my email address. After several calls I did get an appointment. Dr. Diaz seemed like an expert in her field. She suggested two insoles that would need approval with my insurance Company. She said that she would have her staff process this and if they approve it she would see me again. I went home and called my insurance company. I took the time to really think of a word or words to describe Doctor Nanette and his team but no words can honestly do Doctor Nanette and his team any justice. I’m not typically the type to write reviews but let me tell you, from the way the Doctor and the team make you feel to the way they treat and care for you is beyond words.
