Dr Diaz took care of my Mom with dementia and diabetes and was awesome. My Mom has gnarly feet and had multiple surgeries with different Drs. All the other podiatrists were ordering a specific shoe and they never helped. Dr Diaz said why did they order those expensive shoes that do not fix the problem? All she needs is a pad under the ball of her foot. She showed me by pushing up on the ball of her foot and it made her toes lay flat! I was supposed to be a new patient. I arrived for my scheduled appointment that th eir receptionist set for me. However they said my appointment was for a week later. It was absolutely not. I received an appointment notification to fill out paperwork for my appointment and everything. So someone is lying. They were not pleasant to deal with. I will be using another podiatrist after this mess.
A few weeks ago I called the office to make an appointment. The lady could not understand English nor could she write down my email address. After several calls I did get an appointment. Dr. Diaz seemed like an expert in her field. She suggested two insoles that would need approval with my insurance Company. She said that she would have her staff process this and if they approve it she would see me again. I went home and called my insurance company.
