The office Receptionist for years has been dismissive rude and has not carried herself in a professional manner towards patients. Puts you on hold several times hangs up the phone if it’s too much to handle. Dr. Ravi is a great Dr. but Trish should have been fired years ago. The manner in which she answers the phone is disrespectful and she will not let you tell fully why your calling without in middle of conversation and putting you on hold.
