When you call the office over the phone, they are so rude. Even the doctor is rude when I spoke to him once. It seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered at all.
The office Receptionist for years has been dismissive rude and has not carried herself in a professional manner towards patients. Puts you on hold several times hangs up the phone if it’s too much to handle. Dr. Ravi is a great Dr. but Trish should have been fired years ago. The manner in which she answers the phone is disrespectful and she will not let you tell fully why your calling without in middle of conversation and putting you on hold. Hes very caring and helpful and his staff is so friendly and welcoming. No wait when you see him either.
Dr. Ravi is an outstanding doctor. Our family has been seeing him for years. He's a truly dedicated physician, one who knows his patients and cares about them.
