We were charged twice a month for no services provided. Then he tried to cancel it and we were subsequently charged three more times after we were told he successfully cancelled. I have been a customer for a few years. I’ve gone religiously and purchased additional massages each month in addition to my membership. Twice now, when I’ve bought additional ones for my mom, they’ve tried to upsell her and pressure her into her own account. Today, they tried to charge her $150 for them massage - a non-member price, and then acted like they were doing her a favor by moving my membership draw date and then made her feel guilty for using “my massage”. The most ackward and unsatisfying massage I've ever had The massage 'table' was a queen mattress on the floor. So the therapist was essentially in bed with me giving me a massage. I requested extra firm pressure (a 10 on a scale of 1-10). Maybe it was a 3. I specifically requested focus on my upper back and neck and got at least 40 minutes of a leg massage which was boarder line inappropriate. I’ve been to Nanni Message and I love the laid back atmosphere. Everyone is very pleasant, and the quality message is excellent.
A spa day and we really enjoyed it the people were very professional and the massage was like anything it was wonderful.
