Dr. Arrington is an excellent physician...unfortunately his clinical staff is unorganized and incompetent. I have had numerous problems with scheduling and billing

This facility is horrible! I encourage all women to stay away. I was new to the facility and they did not seem friendly at all. I'm sorry but some of the staff look rough around the edges. I liked the doctor that I had but the women who work in there are NOT professional at all. One of them couldn't draw blood properly and my arm was bruised. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. I have been to this office several times over the past few years and the visits I've had were not great but not terrible until my last visit. I recently had a vist and received the worst healthcare possible. Although the staff was kind and helpful the actual visit with the doctor was brief and dismissive. This is the WORST facility I have ever been to! The staff is unprofessional and they seem like they haven't been trained properly. I was rescheduled several times, one of the nurses aids took out her phone during a sensitive procedure and was checking her phone, taking pictures who knows. One of the nurses didn't draw blood properly and I have a huge bruise on my arm. The women at the reception desk are rude and look like they don't have a clue what is going on.
