Rented one of these through Airbnb. The walls are VERY thin. We could hear conversations in the apartments next door through the walls. You can also hear people talking at the pool inside with closed windows. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers. Fitness center is a bike and treadmill.
Do not do business with Foothills Property Management Sedona Az. Sunrise Condominiums 120 E Cortez Dr especially unit 202. It is the worst experience. It’s not like the pictures shown on the web. Don’t expect comfort, everything is low quality grade & junky. Management takes your card payment upfront then ignores issues you have during your stay.
