This was a miserable experience. Dr Sullivan’s staff have terrible customer service. They scheduled an appointment for a day the doctor wasn’t in the office, informed me of this after driving an hour, and told me I should be fine with it because sometimes they fail to even document planned appointments all together. The staff was incredibly rude and I can’t recommend another practice enough.
She is professional, and funny. Empathetic
