I have never made a review on any business before, but felt the need to today. My grandfather is a patient here. We were very skeptical about coming here because of the reviews. I may be speaking out of frustration, but I've been a patient for 7 years now and have consistently arrived on time or early for all of my appointments. However, Dr. Hunte has kept me waiting over 10 minutes past my scheduled time every single visit. The one time I was 10 minutes late—despite calling ahead and being told it would be fine—I was turned away at the desk. What makes matters worse, my visit only takes 5 minutes of her time. I’ve read some of the negative reviews and feel they are seriously misinformed. Not only do I see Dr. Nandra and Emily, NP, but my entire family does—and we’ve all had consistently excellent experiences. They are incredibly thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and never make you feel rushed. It’s clear they’re committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care.
