Nice food, nice ambience!
Would give -5 stars for the service and food if I could. Do yourself a favour and choose another location and avoid at all costs. Ordered a Coke Zero, didn’t have it, gave me water instead. Then brought out a chicken wrap while I ordered a hot vegetarian one. Then brought out mild instead of hot. No apologies, no sense of hospitality. And mind you the wrap was ice cold. But hey they serve wraps cold now apparently. Was a regular once, then I remembered why we stopped coming. Avoid!
AWFUL FOOD TASTE TERRIBLE STAFF ATTITUDE We been to Nando’s Parramatta many times before. Yesterday I and my friend decided to visit after work for dinner. We ordered the vegetarian pita bread, but unfortunately the pita was not cooked properly, and the vegetarian patty was awful. The food was so disappointing that we couldn’t finish our meal and had to leave most of it behind. Now we know the reason behind having 3.3 stars.
