We honestly didn’t have high expectations when we first visited Nando’s, but we were completely blown away. On our first visit, the restaurant was packed with only one staff member on the floor and one chef in the kitchen. Even though they were incredibly busy, the lady serving everyone was so friendly, smiling the whole time, and the restaurant was impressively clean. First time visiting Nandos at the Sunshine Plaza . Extremely disappointed with our food. The chicken was so dry and the seriously large chips was not seriously large at all. Over all experience was disappointing.
Chickens are becoming smaller and smaller I can’t believe but the prices stay the same it’s the size of a small chick I’m not joking
Very quiet during lunch time to which I didn’t initially register. We walked in, not really greeted until we expressed wanting to eat and were given menus and told to sit wherever. We like to order at the counter so went up to do so and it was a very awkward and confusing experience for all involved - this obviously doesn’t happen often anymore, which is fine.
