I’m very concerned about this experience, especially because I genuinely like Nando’s and have eaten at many locations across different cities and countries. This was completely outside the norm. I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken wrap. I was told they were out of thigh meat and that it would be replaced with breast meat, which was fine. However, what I received did not resemble the wrap I ordered or how it is normally prepared. Nando's will always be my first choice. Great food, great value. They used to have more vegetables, but everything really is excellent here. I like how easy it is to get take out when the place is packed. Service is a little slow, so give yourself a bit more time than you think if you're on a tight schedule.Â
