We were informed by a server that the leg quarters would take 45 minutes and agreed to change our order to chicken breast instead. After waiting an hour for the food, and with no updates on the delay, we decided to leave. We requested a refund from a hostess, which required another 15 minutes of waiting for a manager to arrive. The manager was dismissive and had a poor attitude. This lack of courtesy and general disregard for customer experience constitutes horrible customer service.Ā
Placed a small takeout order for lunch. Food took 20 min longer than the receipt indicated. Got back to my hotel to find that my drink was missing and no utensils were included. Hey, stuff happens. Walked back over and got my drink but was informed that they have no plastic utensils. When I inquired how they intended people eat whole chicken breast with out a knife and fork, got a blank stare. Cāmon now.Ā
For food to cost that much and taste mediocre should be a crime.Ā
